Nick directs the business design, requirement gathering, and implementation for all projects. He is also the company's financial manager and oversees the sales and marketing teams. His efforts are focused on building business-to-business relationships for Iconic Solutions and expanding the company's brand. He brings a solid understanding of software application go-to-market strategies, channel sales, and ample experience developing strategic, OEM & reseller relationships, combined with a proven track record of success of expanding client base by translating technical products and services into customer necessities. Nick earned both his undergraduate and Master's degrees from East Carolina University.

John Dominic  Founder / President, Product Development 

John directs the overall design, development, operational integrity, support and maintenance of all Iconic Solution's applications. He is also responsible for all aspects of new product design and for the company's IT infrastructure, in addition to directly overseeing Iconic Solution's development, support, R&D and QA teams. He is a highly skilled software engineer from Chennai, India with more than 17 years of software development experience. John holds multiple degrees, including having received both his undergraduate and Master's degrees in advanced physics and a post-graduate degree in computer engineering and development. John's vast technical knowledge and experience has yielded many certifications including those from IBM, Microsoft, Apple and Sun.
