Engineering Intern

Iconic Solutions is seeking enthusiastic candidates for a hands-on opportunity to contribute to our product by participating in new and existing development projects. Iconic Solutions offers a collaborative, agile development environment and works with the latest and greatest technologies. Candidates that have a passion for the mobile space and are interested in a great opportunity to gain on-the-job experience with the best and brightest in the industry would be well suited for this role. This internship is for the Summer or Fall 2011 semesters and hours are flexible based on class schedules.

Mobile Development Engineer

We are interested in smart, inquisitive and passionate developers. The ideal candidate has a computer science/computer engineering background, and at least one app in the Android/iPhone app store. You should enjoy solving technical problems, and be prepared to debug the entire technology stack to get to the root of a problem.

Responsibilities: Develop native and web-based apps for smartphones (iPhone/Android). Implement UI and UX for the app and have knowledge of integrating apps with web services.

Additional skills in the following areas required:
• Objective C / C++
• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services
• JavaME/Java

 

Sr. OCR Application Engineer

We have an opening for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Senior OCR development engineer. Knowledge of C/C++, Objective C, iPhone OS, Xcode IDE and Java required. Previous native mobile development (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android) experience is a must.
